And meditating isn’t to do some special movement or something.
You just do whatever relaxes you. Wether it be falling flat on the grass, walking through a forest, sitting and watching the birds. Anything.
And I sometimes do this or that and also listening to some powerful music helps. There is no special way or specific way of doing it. It is just about feeling good and relaxing and maybe dream a little. At least in my case. 🙂
